WALPOLE, N.H. -- Hazel Fletcher died May 28, 2005, at the age of 95, at the Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland, after a period of failing health. She was born Hazel Grace Smith, on Nov. 10, 1909, the daughter of Alice B. and Verny Smith in Walpole, and lived in Westminster, Vt., as a child....
