Heather Marie Bruenig, 29, was placed in Gods loving arms on Sunday, June 19, 2016. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Moore Funeral Home. Visitaiton 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at funeral home. Memorials: The family will gladly accept flowers but suggest a donation to Safe Haven of Tarrant Co. 401 E Sanford St, Arlington, 76011, 817 547-0583. She was born in Arlington, on April 2, 1987, to Martin and Noella Weldon Bruenig. Heather graduated from Martin High School and received her degree from Tarrant County College, she also attended U.T.A. Heather was the kindest, most giving person in the world, she would do anything for anyone whether she knew them or not. Heather had a passion for Reading, Photography and Scrapbooking. Survivors: She was survived by Mother, Noella; father, Martin and stepmother, Jonell; fiancee, Vincent Dasilva; brother, Matthew Bruenig; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Stoker Bruenig; niece, Jane Bruenig; grandparents, Donald and Joyce Weldon; along with many friends and relatives.

Heather and I were very close when I was younger. She even held me when I was 8 months old. We grew apart when she finally got her first set of wheels but she always taught me to do the right thing. It's not much but my favorite memory with Heather is her basically hosting my fifth birthday party. She willingly did mine and my 5 year old friends make up and hair and made us a run way for photo shoots. She was 10 years older than me and my role model. I always wanted to be like her. She will never be forgotten. I love you Heather. Fly high baby girl.
