Helen Stringos-Arias

I will always remember our amazing summer in Greece as camp counselors! Helen taught me the most beautiful church camp songs on guitar! Together we entertained the kids 10 weeks! We truly bonded and I will always hold a special place in my heart for Helen!

My dear Helen, today July 1st., marks the 15th. anniversary since your passing. I miss you so much. May you R.I.P.

Helen and I were camp counselors in Greece for the entire summer of 1980!! We became best friends! I still think of her playing guitar and leading our campers in songs around the campfire! I will always miss her and she will always have a special place in my heart!!

Helen thought of you and Oliver today when I saw a big blue weimaraner and its silver companion. It's been 12 years since you, Oliver and Baron were all together. RIP.

Ms. Stringos was an amazing teacher. She was my 6th grade teacher at Lorena Street Elementary in 1982. She is one of a few teachers who had a positive impact on my life and my favorite teacher by far. She was a fun, passionate, kind, caring, inspirational and memorable teacher. May you rest in peace
