Helena Marie "Nina" LeBlanc

Helena Marie "Nina" LeBlanc entered into her Eternal Rest on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the age of 83. Daughter of the late Nicholas LeBlanc and Rita Gauthreaux LeBlanc. Sister of the late Sterling LeBlanc, Henry LeBlanc, Willie LeBlanc, Richard LeBlanc, Ovil LeBlanc, Nick LeBlanc, Helen LeBlanc, Eula L. Foret, Olympe L. King, Rita L. Dupre, Marie L. Ott, Elsie L. Hebert, Wilbert LeBlanc and Margaret LeBlanc. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was a lifelong devoted Catholic, and the life of the party wherever she was. She was employed by Wes-Pet, Inc. for 50 years, and actually worked part time with them up until a week before her death. Though she was never married or had children, she loved children and invested heavily in her nieces and nephews, and then her great nieces and nephews, and now her great great nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church in Westwego on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.
