Mr. Allen, God's WILL was done. Mrs. Allen is now resting eternally. Hold your head up high when you visit with the OBAMAS. God has left you here for a reason. Sadness because I know you are going to miss your wife of 65 years but joy because "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." I didn't know Mrs. Helene Allen, but I received an email from a co-worker on yesterday (11-17-08) about the wonderful story and what a great couple they were and the life they lived. I am sure Mrs. Allen would be proud of our President Elect if she had lived to vote. My condolences go out to the entire Allen Family.
