Not sure what to say?

My siblings and I where always told he was our cousin. It was always fun saying you know Henri. We are related. It was so special looking him up. Not to see him just play. But to read the man and accomplishments he did beyond his fame. He made more people happy even outside the sport. My family is from Brattleboro Vermont in Montreal Canada. God Bless you Mona

As an avid Canadiens fan I recall listening to his heroics on the old Marconi radio. He often centered a line with his right wing hero brother Maurice the Rocket. Later on, his winning Stanley cup winner in 71 was the jewel. Such an artistic hockey player. Amen!

What a joy to watch.

Condolences to the family. Memories are special.

What a tremendous athlete and an amazing hockey player he must be winning games for the Team on the other side.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I had just found about Mr. Richard. As a Bruins fan. Games between Boston and Montreal were always very intense. But as a true hockey fan. You could never argue about a great player as Mr. Richard. May his soul rest in peace. Bless him.

Mr. Richard was one of the all time greats. I will never forget his play in game 7 of the 1971 finals vs. Chicago, still one of the best NHL games of all time. RIP!

I grew up in Chicago and went to all the Blackhawks home games. Though I was a Hawks fan I never missed a game when the Canadiens came to town. I was a fan and always admired Henri Richard as a great player who loved the game. My condolences go out to Henri's family. I am sure he is skating in heaven with Maurice, Jean Beleveau and many other of the hall of fame Habs. God Bless!
