Bud was always quick with a joke and a smile. His family was his greatest joy and his art was a close second. He has been missed here at CDSA and he will be missed by many for years to come. - Ginny McCoy

I worked with Bud for many years at CDSA. His efforts in establishing the ACDS and Interoperability Laboratories were critical for the Navy Fleet. Bud was a good employee; generous and very well liked. Bud and his family will be in our prayers.

Bud was a good neighbor and friend. He was always willing to lend a hand or share information. His heartfelt laughter and zest for life will stay with us always. The neighborhood just won't be the same now that he is gone. We will miss him. We give our love and support to sweet Vickie and all the family. We are here if you need anything!
