Herbert Clifton Allen Obituary
Herb was born on November 24, 1953 in Houston,TX. He graduated from Bellaire High School in 1972 and attended Texas Tech University and the University of Houston. He went on to work in petroleum and land management. He later worked for Atomic Energy Industrial Laboratories for over 30 years.
Herb is survived by his two sons, Herbert Clifton Allen IV and Gilford Michael Allen, as well as daughter-in-law Heidi Novosad Allen and three granddaughters Izabelle, Olivia, and Caroline.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 2nd at Willow Meadows Baptist Church in Houston at 11:00 AM.

God bless and comfort those who remain behind especially Clif and Gil. I'm praying for you as you learn to live without your Dad. He will be missed. Herb was a good brother and a caring Dad.

So sorry to hear of Herbie's passing. Duane Wuestner introduced me to Herbie in late 1994. Times like this were far from our minds back then. RIP!
