Lisa, The last time our paths crossed was at our wedding. See attached photo. We spent many memorable hours together on the PSU HPV project. I can't believe he is no longer with us at such a young age. My wife Jean and I are so sorry to hear this sad news.

Dear Lisa,

I am an old Friend of Herb's from Penn State. He was a good buddy of mine in Blue Band, Jazz Band, ASME and he was on the ASME Human Powered Vehicle Team that went to Santa Barbara, CA to race together... I was trying to re-connect with him and learned of his untimely passing. I am SO SORRY to hear. Please accept my sincere sympathies to you, your kids and your family. Herb will surely be missed by all.

I was with FM for 40 years and retired in 1994. I remember Herb well. What a wonderful Christian man. My deepest sympathies to all. He's with his Maker.

Mr and Mrs Costolo, John, and Ron,
I was deeply saddened by Herb's passing. I am touched by the outpouring of love, and memories that are being shared by all his friends. Herb and were such good friends growing up, I will always remember him. Herb touched many lives in his life, that is for sure.
