Herb was one of the finest people I have ever known. One of the finest anyone could know. Kind, generous, warm hearted, supportive, comforting, encouraging with a sense of humor to match. He loved life and most central his share life and lifelong love with Shirley. I have been fortunate to have him as my uncle, mentor and dear friend all these many years.
