Norwich - Herbert C. Hartman, 76, husband of Bahria "Bi" (Harb) Hartman of 16 Maplewood Court, died Saturday at The William W. Backus Hospital.
Born in Memphis, Texas, on May 29, 1931, he was the son of the late Allen and Annie (Curry) Hartman.
