My thoughts and prayers to the Hubbard family. I met Bert when I first moved to Tybee Island, going on 14 years ago, at Rascals. He was a funny and kind man. Most of all,a gentleman.So many good times back then! RIP my friend.

Bert, You were one of the nicest people and friend. I will miss visiting you. I have so many memories of the Rascal days on Derenne Ave and at the Beach. Plus memories of the long talks we have recently had. But we both know you are in a better place. I will always remember you and your jokes and us watching "Deal or No Deal". You will be missed!!!
