In the CPS and CCRSD systems, Your father and I had comparable positions, I being coordinator of art. He had a thorough knowledge of music and was dedicated to the success of music in the schools. I was sorry to read of Herb's passing. He and I went to the same school from Junior High on. We were classmates in the Lincoln Junior High School in Medford, Medford High School and Boston University College of Music-graduating from there in 1955. He was a fine musician. May he rest in peace.

Herb Sr. And I clicked from the beginning. Maybe it was our stubborn streak,love of conversation and some of it that we knew alot of the same people or just plain "we got each other" I could read him like book as well as he could me. Herb loved speaking of his beautiful grandchildren and family. He was a well spoken gentleman that had a lot of class.
