So sad to hear this news. Please accept my sincere condolences from myself and on behalf of IMES International. I had the pleasure of meeting Herb for a few days at NDT Technologies HQ in Conneticutt and when he visited Aberdeen, Scotland and it was clear to see his passion for his company and his invention. It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Dr. Herb. He will always be remembered with fondness. What a great man and was a privilege to be one of many of his colleagues and most of all to be able to call him friend. His passion and drive will be forever a guide for me and I will miss being able to discuss challenges and solutions. Rest In Peace Dr. Herb you ran your race well.

Your "keep it simple" philosophy on technology development speaks volumes to your many years of success as a global leader in non-destructive wire rope inspection systems. I will miss our nearly weekly technical and worldly conversations by phone or over a meal at the Mill. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences go...

Our sincere sympathies for your loss.
