Herschel was a classmate and great friend for life as we talked on phone and had lunch many of times with other classmates. Herschel believed in God and preached his words. We always had a good time talking and laughing bout life in the 50´s . He will be missed and I will miss lunch time with him and our buddies. God bless my friend.

We have been neighbors for years. I always enjoyed talking to him, I think we solved quite a few of the world's problems. I think the thing I will miss the most is watching him on his John Deere taking care of his yard, he set the example for the rest of the neighborhood. He will be missed.
