Hiep,
You were a friend in a dangerous place. Your smiling face in times of trouble was encouraging to many. I am proud to have known you and called you friend. You are missed by many.

I am so very sorry for the loss of Hiep. He was a father, son, brother, husband, a hero, and brother in arms to so many fellow heroes. I know that he is missed and will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with Annie, Andy, Lucie, Hoang, Alan, Hiep's grandchildren, sons and daughters in law,and all of his loved ones.
