Not sure what to say?

The art quilt world is shedding many tears of sadness. Mine are mixing in with all the others. Hillary's work will be remembered for many many years. The family can be very proud of this remarkable woman.

Hilary was just the best. We met her and Marvin in 1987 at Quilt National, and have always enjoyed such kindness and support from them both. They were a seamless team of blessings for us all. We send you our deepest sympathy, Marvin and your dear family and the wonderful staff at the Dairy Barn. This is such a loss and sadness, but we know she's with you always.

Much love, Jimmy and Susi

She will be missed.

While I never met Hilary, I have heard many voices singing her praises and would like to add my own. I am sorry to have missed meeting her.

We have lost a great mentor, advocate and friend. She will be deeply, deeply missed.

Dear Fletcher Family,
I wish to offer my sincere condolences for your loss. Hilary was a great woman, friend to many, and an icon in the art quilt community. She will be sorely missed by all whose lives she touched in a myriad of ways.
Most sincerely,
Gayle Pritchard
