Not sure what to say?

It was one year yesterday, and I would guess that I have thought of her every day! Holly was unusual, special and such a wonderful friend, parent, wife, mom and grandma! Oh, how we miss her!!! With much love, Nancy Jo and Michael

I met Holly's parents as a child. My grandparents, Evelyn and Willard Buntain were close friends of the Romans. When I moved to Ross, Holly and Bill were the first people I met! I am sending my condolences and would love to reconnect with the Green family! I live in San Anselmo, Warmest regards, Laurie Buntain

I was very saddened and shocked to hear of Holly's sudden death. We spent time together at our highschool reunion in September of last year and she was her usually bubbly self, all excited by things going on in her life and things to come. She was truly a lovely friend, and is greatly missed by all!

I am so sad to hear of the passing of Holly. She was my dearest friend beginning in 7th grade. We were cheerleaders together, YMCA club and so many other things - always made more fun with Holly. I visited her at her beautiful Montana home a few years ago. It was breathtaking. I will miss you.

Holly encouraged me to join her and Bill on a museum trip to Cuba and though I was a third wheel, I never felt like one thanks to Holly´s warm and generous spirit. A most lovely woman, a blessing to know her.

To Holly's Family -- I am so terribly sad to hear of Holly's passing. She was, as your obit described, an amazing friend. She and Bill and my parents, Warren and Sue Romans (Williamsburg, VA) developed a lovely correspondence, and when my family planned their burial at Arlington National Cemetery in 2013, Holly courageously flew east and met all our clan, charming us one and all. She and I wrote back and forth many times that my sister (and maybe brothers) needed to get ourselves to...

Holly was the first person, outside of the 60th Reunion Co-Chairs´ discussions, I called to announce the possibility of our recent 60th Coming Home Weekend Reunion. I wanted her help in reaching out to ´64 Classmates: she was, of course, the ultimate Cheerleader...it was just fun to be with her. She demurred as she was still in the midst of handling her husband´s affairs following his passing in 2023. Then, all of a sudden we, the Reunion Committee, saw that she had signed up to attend...it...

Indeed Holly was so lovely, such a doer & giver, so smart, such fun, a lover of her special family, a very fine friend etc & will be deeply missed. Our Montana/Stockfarm trip long ago is still remembered with laughter, adventure & Holly's legendary fine hostessing. Such a loss was dear Bill & now dear Holly. I´m so sorry. The very special Green family is in my thoughts, my heart, my prayers. Pamela Schaefer oxo

I will miss seeing you walk down the bike path with your dog, Blue. I enjoyed our chats immensely. You were always upbeat, and had a twinkle in you eye. You are missed by so many.
