I worked with Hono at the VA Medical Center. He was a man that was kinder, wiser, and truly gentler, than anyone I have ever met. He loved his family, and deeply loved his wife, Sarah. This world was made a better place because of him. Hono was truly a noble warrior. We all miss you, Hono. "Now Voyager sail Forth to Seek and Find".

Sincere condolences to the Yacapin and Ammons families. My parents and our family have known Hono and the rest of the family for years. I just saw him at my mother's funeral service in January. RIP, kind sir. Mike Boring and family.
