Brenda,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful family and providing lifelong memories of Hosea as a loving husband, father and friend. I witnessed first hand the love and pride he had for his family. He was a warm and gentle Spirit. I will miss him. I am certain that God's arms were open wide when he was touched by an Angel and Heaven has been greatly enhanced by his presence!

Dr. Thomas was a wonderful leader and physician at Laguna Honda Hospital. He was very supportive of the nursing staff. You could ask questions and consult with him on anything. I remember leaving my unit as Nurse Manager to go into the Nursing Education Department. He said to me "Never lose your clinical skills" I will always remember that as i continue to work in nursing

Hosea was a wonderful father to his beloved children, and a loving husband to his wife, my dear friend Brenda, and a caring individual to any in need. God has blessed all who share memories of who he was and how he touched their lives. My heart goes out to his family, especially you Brenda, the mother of his children.

Dr. Thomas, Hosea, was my consulting physician for me as a nurse practitioner. It was an environment that was not necessarily open to having nurse practitioners work at Laguna Honda. In both his roles as my MD consultant and medical director he was supportive of my role, appreciative of my work and encouraging of my advancement. I am grateful to him and so sad that he is gone from us at such a young and vital age.
