I was deeply saddened to hear of Howard's passing. He endured, and I pray it brings you some comfort and peace to know that he is now at rest. Howard was special to the TTB Greensboro audit group. Even after being transferred to another group, he remained part of our family in spirit and in deed. We loved being on an audit team with him because if he drove, it was a certainty that we would be taking little site seeing detours on our way back to the audit site.
