Not sure what to say?

I still miss our wonderful phone conversations and and spending time with him and with Nancy in the Summer. Always teasing me about my New York accent and teasing him right back with his New England accent! Such joyous times I hold dear to m heart. Lovingly, LESLIE

Sorry to hear of the passing of such a great man who had such a positive influence on my life. Rest in peace sir. Dan Sierra Kay-Bee Toys 1976 -2008. We Take Your Fun Seriously :)

I used to baby sit for the Kaufman children many years ago. They were great kids, lots of fun. Howard and Nancy were lovely people. It's been a long time, but I still remember them fondly. My deepest condolences to the family on the loss of your beloved Dad.

Howard was assigned to the seat next to my mom, Pearl Keller, at the Chestnut Park dining room. My mom passed away almost three years ago but I vividly remember so many nice conversations with Howard (as I sat with my mom during dinner several times a week and then almost daily). He was kind to everyone and especially thoughtful towards my mom who didn't eat much and wasn't very conversational at the end. Howard still tried to engage with her and often offered to share his food with her. It...

I had the good fortune to work for Kay Bee toys in the 1970´s. I worked in the office at the corporate headquarters in Lee Ma. Quite simply I was in awe of him And saddened to hear of his passing. Such a dignified gentleman. I´m sure that all who knew him will never forget him. I I hadn´t seen in in 50 years but remember him fondly. Proud to have known him

Howard Kaufman was my boss, a confidant, an example of how to work, how to share, and how to treat people. No matter who you were, or how you were feeling; your spirit would be lifted by Howard quipping " how ya´ doin´ kid. I owe him a lot and will never forget him.

Howard gave me a start in distribution on becoming the manager of the distribution centers in Lee and Pittsfield. He was a terrific mentor with a great sense of humor.

I had the privilege to meet with Howard when he lived in Chestnut Park Assisted Living in Brighton, MA just a couple of years ago. We read & studied Jewish texts together. He was fascinated by the Torah, had deep respect for many Rabbis, radiated pride & love of family and beautiful values of human decency & respect for all. Above all it was great fun: experiencing Howard's infectious laugh was always a highlight. May his memory be for a blessing.
