Not sure what to say?

Dear Carolyn, Darcy, Mary and John,
I was so sorry to hear of Howard's passing. Ray and I always held Howard in the highest esteem. He was a brilliant scholar, a wonderful mentor and such a kind, generous, and good man. I know how much you must miss him. Keep your memories close and remember that he is smiling and chuckling down on you.

A great mentor, and a man of tremendous style and wit. RIP.

My teacher, colleague and friend...farewell and safe travels. You will be missed but never forgotten (especially when I try to figure out the correct use of apostrophes).

My deepest sympathies to Howard's' family and i will keep you in my prayers during this difficult time.

To Howard''s family my deepest condolences. He truly changed my life as a teacher, mentor, and friend.

To the Sullivan Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the entire family during this time of sorrow. Those who have died, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. (Psalms 116:15) My sincerest sympathy.

To the Sullivan Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
