Our deepest sympathy. Dr. Tyner was a wonderful person as well as a great doctor. He has been the family surgeon for 4 generations for both sides of our family. Our prayers are with you. He lived a good life and did a lot of good for all.

It can be so hard to face the New Year without your loved one, but the love of family & friends can make it easier.
