Ida you were an awesome lady, it was my pleasure to know you, to talk to you and to share thoughts and wishes with you. You may recall that we talked about death one time when we were discussing my health issues. As we said, it is the survivors that suffer but the one that has moved on. Our family was so saddened to learn of the loss of such a beautiful, kind and wonderful person who we knew as your Mother. You are all in our hearts and prayers as you walk this difficult pathway. Please know we are here for all of you. Though the years have distanced us throughout our lives, always know that our love for each of you and your family has never ceased.

Aunt Ida was such a wonderful, amazing woman with a kind and generous heart. She was definitely a southern lady. Loved her family and loved life. I am so glad that my sisters, nieces, cousins and myself recently had lunch with her (on Sunday 12/28//14). I shall hold this time with her close in my heart. She will be greatly missed. To my very best friend and the Danjean family, I feel so fortunate to have known this amazing woman and while I know your hearts are heavy please celebrate her amazing life and how blessed we all were to have her sweet, kind and gentle ways touch us all. I can hear her soft voice thinking back when she would always inquire about my Mom, she always had compassion about others and I adored her. Big Dan will be so happy to have her with him again, what a lovely thought. My Mom also gives her best, she wept when I told her and at 92 not much brings a tear to her eye. We love you guys, God Bless.

I was sadden and shocked to hear of Ms. Ida's passing, truly a wonderful gracious southern lady with so much love and generosity to give. My heart felt condolences to the entire Danjean family.
With conviction I know she will be with Big Dan again looking over and blessing her entire family.
