Irene was God's glorious boquet of fragrant flowers planted in the hearts of many people privilged to have known her. She was God's sparkling jewel who, like brilliant glitter, continuously poured love and caring into the hearts of others. Irene's gorgeous smile and vibrant laughter was refreshed in my soul when she and Dick were dining at AJ's Armenian restaurant. I am one of many cousins who cherish many memories of Irene. Until recently she attended our "cousins lunch" once a month at "Soup and Scoops" in Clovis, owned by another cousin, Cora Shipley. We miss that beautiful lady who was a joy to be in the same room with.
