Although we weren't in touch over the last few years, I feel the pain of the loss of your mother. I will keep all of you in my prayers and only know that she is in a better place, visiting with old friends and loved ones.

I have known Irene for many years, her daughter, Paula, and I have been best friends for over 30 years. Irene was such an awesome lady, with a wonderful sense of humor. I will never forget her. She was like a mom to me growing up. She will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her children and grandchildren.

I met Irene in the summer of 83 through her son Leroy, as we became good friends i also met her two daughters Lisa And Paula. she was a kind a considerate person but also had the ability to let you know whats on her mind. Irene will be missed by many. To all her children and grandchildren my deepest sympathy.

I loved Irene's willingness to tell it like it is. Tough as she may have seemed she had a very soft heart for those of us that were around her. I will miss her dearly.
