During Mr. Wells time as SAC in the Norfolk Office of the FBI, I served under him, however it was after we retired the I got to know him, he was always kind and helpful. When I heard he was Sick, I called and talked about our time in Norfork,,Prayers for his family.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Well's passing. I worked with him in the Norfolk Office & he was very professional and kind hearted. He loved his family and was so proud to discuss them and their accomplishments. He will truly be missed. With deepest sympathy, Wanda Petrey

I was one of his Inspectors aides and he tied a helium filled ballon to a brick which was placed on an inspection write-up.
