I was going through old files this morning related to my work-related accident in the 1980's when I was living in Columbus, OH. I was hurt so badly I couldn't work, yet Workers Comp turned me down when I needed to enter a rehab hospital. Mr. Barkan was my attorney and he worked with me for years and made sure I got the help I needed to pay for the expensive rehab. He was always available and helped me a lot. He was kind and compassionate. I got the rehab i needed and went back to work and retired in 2011. R.I.P., Mr. Barkan.

The first law firm I ever worked for was Barkan & Barkan over 20 years ago. Irving was always such a beautifully sweet man. What an amazing life he lead. RIP Irving; prayers to Ruth, Neal and the rest of the family.
