Irving Hunt Sears

Hop was one of my two roommates freshman year at Princeton, 1964-5. I fondly remember visiting his home in PA for Thanksgiving that year and meeting his family. He was a brilliant student, and we certainly participated in our share of typical pranks on fellow residents of our dorm entryway. Unfortunately, we did not stay in touch very much after that year. Dear Randi, family, and friends: On behalf of the Dance for Parkinson's class of which Hop was a valued member for years, we send our condolences and sorrow at his passing. We knew Hop as a consummate gentleman whose kindness and enthusiasm were a gift to all. Deepest condolences to Randi and to all of Hop's family and friends. Hop was a leading member of the Parkinsingers Choir for many years, and we all treasured his friendship, his musicianship, his incredible artistic talent and his great spirit.
