We'll always remember Dale as a sweet, pleasant gentleman...always telling great stories of his working days and just a joy to have around. He will be missed by all of his friends and family here at Rexford Manor. It's nice to have Marion around to enjoy her company! Our deepest condolences to the Pfeifer family.

Dale was a best friend and great fishing buddy. For a time he and I spent many an hour grafting apple trees and sharing a hobby of woodworking. He was a great guy to work with and a good companion on the job. Both Novelyn and I will miss him. Our sincere sympathy to Marion and the family.

So sorry we could not make the service. Marlene and I are celebrating a late 30 anniversary in the Dominican Republic. I will never forget the local gatherings at Dale and Marion's house for haircuts and later the Marlin tavern. Uncle Dale teaching me to drive that old green International pickup and almost going in the ditch or the first time he let me drive the D6 tractor. The stories told around the table at harvest and life lessons learned. Those stories got replayed several more times when Dale and Marion, along with others, would come to see dad in the assisted living in Ellensburg. Gods speed and safe journey......Lyle and Marlene Pfeifer

Dale was always a friend to the Engle family. We so enjoyed talking with him and admiring his great wood works. I remember many evenings spent at the Marlin Pfeifer farm getting haircuts. Also during harvest time, Dale would welcome us Engle kids to ride in the truck with him out to the field and back to the elevator. So much fun.

We always loved the visit with Dale when he did his daily walks. I'm sure Marion wondered where he was because he would be gone for hours. If you were outside when he walked by, you got caught up on all the local gossip. We will miss you Dale. Love Dick & Kathy Vetsch
