Not sure what to say?

Ivan and I were pals in college when he lived at the "Caruthers Hilton" in Portland. We were lucky enough to cross paths in Germany, and we got together when he came out west for visits, as well as one time when I made it to Decatur. We always had lots of laughs over a few beers. I remember Mr. Bailey from many, many years ago when he had a shop at the old Murray Mill.
My friend, Kimo Chamberlain had a neon bending shop there also and he thought very highly of Mr.Bailey.
He was a nice man with a remarkable gift for creating art.

My condolences to Mr Bailey family. Psalms 37:29
