i knew ivan at ortiz but i didnt really get to know him till our freshman year, he was a sweet guy. I will always remeber our mission across town to go get money to eat he will be missed

my dearest grandson our time together was so short but I cherish every moment we spent together. I still see you sitting in your spot with your phone in hand texting away or sitting playing wow. I am thankful you and I could always talk and kid around and I will always miss our special good bye so I say to you LATER ROBERT !!!

Ivan was in my science class last year and became a quick friend. He would always make me smile and brought me out of my shy shell. He will truly be missed.

My condolences to everyone in the family. I was Ivan's math teacher at Capital. He was a nice boy with a nice smile. I'm so, so, very sorry.

Your smile will always light up my heart. You were truly loved my all and will be so missed.
