I may be one of the few here for whom Andy was NOT a therapist -- he was just a very dear friend and in so many ways, a therapeutic one at that. Andy was a therapist to us all in many ways with his calming quiet presence
His humor was his own an loved by all
Andy thought my little dog Beau was smartest dog he had ever met an also left handed
Love to his family. He will be missed by many but loving spirit will live on

Andy was my therapist, spiritual director, and most of all my beloved friend. I do believe his Spirit will live on through those of us who were blessed to have him in our lives. He was a truly gifted man, with humility and humor. To Kay, Sarah, John and his family, thank you for sharing him with so many of us. The world has lost a great soul.

Dr McGowan and family I would truly like to send my deepest apologies for the loss, of your husband and father. My heart and prayers go out to you. Love Darlene

I took him to lunch and we shared past memories. I brought along Morton's book, The Other Side of Silence and began reading one of the familiar...
