I was saddened to hear of Charless passing and offer my deepest condolences to Margaret and family.

Charless leadership of the Ontario Hostelry Institute was pivotal to its many contributions to the hospitality industry and in the fields of training and education. Charles inspired so many with his passion for the industry and his zest for life - he will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies to Margaret and the family. May your many amazing memories carry you through the days ahead.

My condolences to Margaret and his family. Charles was a very influential mentor to me as a young chef looking to get more out of my career in the hospitality industry. His honesty and leadership was instrumental in the careers of so many. I will miss him sorely.

My sympathies thoughts are with Charles and family. He was and will always be a formidable icon' in our industry. A pioneer in hospitality and tourism who has helped, through his various initiatives, to develop a view in Canada that this is truly a profession' and great contributor to the Canadian economy. His passion will live on through so many others that his reputation will be eternal.

Charles will be dearly missed. My condolences to Margaret, the family and to Katrin and the office staff. He was a true force in the industry and it was always such a pleasure working with him at the OHI/CHF galas.
