Not sure what to say?

Mr. Penninger Was one of the finest people I have ever known in my life A man of his word and a caring person He use to call me The Mediterranean Irishman

Norman was a good friend and a really fine Christian man who I had the pleasure of knowing for several years. He had a most enjoyable dry wit and many entertaining stories to share.
He had a perspective on life experiences that reflected a deep faith with keen common sense and humor. I have missed seeing him the past few years and will keep his family and friends in my prayers. Norman (Stormin' Norman) was a leader in our industry and great mentor to me during my many years at R-Anell Homes; his delightful personality and charming wit will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends.

One of the first and finest men I met in the 'industry' - a man of integrity. Norman, you will be missed.

Just want you to know I am keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you all.
