To all your friends that have known you over the years, you will always be remembered as Uncle Jack. We had so many good times together in the Guard and after! We will all miss you and to your family let me just say I love you Uncle Jack!!!

Uncle Jack just wanted to let you know how much you will be missed by all of of your Guard Family. We had so many good times together, I'm really going to miss you Jack.

I had the pleasure of knowing MSG Jack Carr "Jack", and working close with him over the years. He was a very staunch and devoted solder, always ready to accept any challange you were to give him. MSG Carr will be missed by family,friends and fellow comrades in arms. Rest in peace our friend............

It was a pleasure knowing and working in the Guard with Jack and Mike too. Jack's service to his country and to his fellow Guard members will long be remembered. I can still see him standing in the hall of the Armory with a big smile on his face and something pleasant to say.
