To all your friends that have known you over the years, you will always be remembered as Uncle Jack. We had so many good times together in the Guard and after! We will all miss you and to your family let me just say I love you Uncle Jack!!!

I had the pleasure of knowing MSG Jack Carr "Jack", and working close with him over the years. He was a very staunch and devoted solder, always ready to accept any challange you were to give him. MSG Carr will be missed by family,friends and fellow comrades in arms. Rest in peace our friend............

It was a pleasure knowing and working in the Guard with Jack and Mike too. Jack's service to his country and to his fellow Guard members will long be remembered. I can still see him standing in the hall of the Armory with a big smile on his face and something pleasant to say. I have found that friends and their kind words really mean a great deal in remembering the good times and fond memories. And in time, hurt becomes diminished and funny stories and good memories become the immediate thoughts. God's blessings and comfort.
