Jack Kahn wasn't just a great man and a father and grandpa. He was also the best host-dad you can imagine. I was honored to be able to spend a year in Jack's house as an exchange student. Jack Kahn was my first cousin, as well as my first hero.
Although we lived miles apart I always felt a special closeness to Jack, and cherished the brief times we were together.
His enthusiasm for life, and his kindness for all, were remarkable.
I felt honored to be his cousin.

Dear Shelley and Jonathon,
We send our love and prayers to you and all of the family at this sad time. I have fond memories of our "bleacher buddies" days--Terry, Paul and Grandpa had more fun than the kids, I think! Know that the 3 of them are cheering all of us on!

What a man or should we say a legend! Dr. Jack was one of the kindest persons you could ever meet. He touched so many peoples lives. Jim and I are so fortunate to have met and been influenced by Dr. Jack. Are condolences are with the family.
