Jack Kahn wasn't just a great man and a father and grandpa. He was also the best host-dad you can imagine. I was honored to be able to spend a year in Jack's house as an exchange student. He tought me many things and I will never forget you JACK, THANK YOU!!!!!! I haven't seen Jack for 4 years, I'm from Europe and I was planning on visiting Jack in 3 months, now I know that I will only see him in my memories every day. Life is way to cruel. I'd like to ask anyone to send me contact for Shelley or Gary or somebody else from the family to my email [email protected]. I do feel like a part of your family Jack, my prayers are with you Kahn family in Toledo and in California.

Jack Kahn was my first cousin, as well as my first hero.
Although we lived miles apart I always felt a special closeness to Jack, and cherished the brief times we were together.
His enthusiasm for life, and his kindness for all, were remarkable.
I felt honored to be his cousin.

Dear Shelley and Jonathon,

What a man or should we say a legend! Dr. Jack was one of the kindest persons you could ever meet. He touched so many peoples lives. Jim and I are so fortunate to have met and been influenced by Dr. Jack. Are condolences are with the family.

I worked with Dr. Jack for several years. He was a "Grandpa" to us all. I will remember him for his sweet nature and kindness. God Bless you Dr. Jack.
