Not sure what to say?

I am going to miss you, Grandpa. Even though 19 years of my life passed before meeting you, at the moment of our first hug I felt like I had known you forever. You took me in as your granddaughter without hesitation and I immediately became part of the family. I wish I had gotten to see you one last time to thank you for the love you have given me and the positive impact you have had on my life.

Paula, you are in my heart and prayers. I will see you soon!

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. Our deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

Dad, I so wanted to see you one more time. I miss you so much already. You taught me so many things. Strength, gentleness, love, fishing, and of course football! I will cherish every moment I had on this earth with you, until you greet me with one of your wonderful hugs in Heaven. Paula, be comforted by the knowledge of how much my Dad loved you, as he was comforted by your love for him. I am so grateful that he found you to spend the rest of his days.

You'll be in my heart...

Uncle Jack we will miss you. After talking to you at Shands last Sunday, I was shocked by this news. I am sure mom was waiting for you at Heavens gate. Will always love you.

I will miss "uncle jack" so much, as will all of his family. He taught me how to walk when I was a baby and always called me "cookie" sharing his loving smile and warm hugs. I have many childhood memories in which you played such a large part. I know you knew how much I loved you all my life and I wish you knew how much I will miss you now. My heart and prayers are with you Paula. I know how happy uncle Jack was being married to you and how happy you made him. Thank you uncle Jack for being...

To Paula and all of Jack's family. I am so very glad that I had a chance at such a late time in our lives to get to know Jack briefly. I too will always remember that super smile and only wish that I had gotten to know him better. I pray that we will meet again.

Today we will say our goodbyes to a dear friend who was not only smart and hard-working, but gracious and humble. What a combination! Jack always had a smile for everyone, and we will miss hearing his soft chuckle while sharing cocktails together. We can take some comfort in knowing Heaven’s newest member is a gentle, soft-spoken and honest soul who is pain-free. If only more of us could be blessed with Jack’s sunny disposition; we should all aspire to be more like him. Simply put, Jack...

We miss you Grandpa! You were the greatest hugger and always one of my (Tara) best supporters!

Aunt Paula, our prayers are with you. We will see you in a few days in Ohio. Mom and Dad, sorry we couldn't be in Florida to help and be there for you. We'll see you soon.

Our love and sympathy,
Tara, Brian, Nicholas, and Noah

I feel so blessed to have known this wonderful, charming, intelligent and loving man. I will remember his smiling face forever. S. Sandifer
