I'm heartbroken at this sad news. What a painful loss! Such a sweet, open and honest boy. I'm treasuring memories of going downstairs to find him curled up on the couch, with the dogs fighting him for space and a smile on his face.

We are heartbroken and overwhelmed with grief to have lost our wonderful grandson Jack. We love all our grandchildren, but Jack was very special.
