Daddy dearest Hard to believe that you have been gone for 13 years Still missing you every day xoxo Your first born

Remembering on the anniversary of his passing. Hillary Feibel, his student

Dear Linda, Lisa, Ray and Laura,
We were saddened to learn of Jack's passing. He was a beloved Symphony colleague. I'll always remember the way he called me "The Greenville Kid" because we had gone to the same grade school and were started in this music business by the same wonderful band director. And of course you'll remember that thing about our children having the same names. Our love and sympathy go out to all of you. His memory will be immortal in the hearts of his students.

Dear Linda and Family,

I want to offer my condolences to all of you on the passing of Jack.

He was indeed a wonderful gentleman and a fine music teacher and professional musician.
He was my first trombone teacher at St. Lawrence School back in the early fifties and I have very fond memories of him and his extreme patience.

Lisa,Ray and Laura, I just heard about your father's passing and am so sorry for your loss. I've thought of you all often now that my parents reside at Evergreen. I have fond memories of Saturdays spent at your house after Y Band or the times your father took us backstage at the Cincinnati Zoo Opera. You were so lucky to have such a loving dad.

I love you dearest Daddy. I will miss you forever. You will always be in my heart. I know that you are safe and pain-free now. That is my comfort. Rest in peace. xo Lisa

Dear Ray,

May the wonderful memories you have of your dad be of comfort to your mother, you and all of your family.

With deepest sympathies,

Dennis Alves and Paulette Bowes

Linda, Lisa, Ray, and Laura,
Jack was the finest of men, a fact you certainly already know but a fact that cannot be said often enough. I cannot begin to tell you how much his life meant to me. He was truly a great man. His life touched so many other lives in ways far beyond simply passing on his love of music and family. I am so sad at his passing but am comforted knowing that his life meant so much to so many and that his was a good life well lived. My prayers are with all of you as...
