Jackie Corr died July 10, 2008, at St. James Healthcare after a short illness.

Jackie was once described by The Billings Gazette as a Butte historian, cab driver, and rabble-rouser. Whether you agreed with his politics or not, he was committed to his causes and sought out by many as a...

Not sure what to say?

Bob, Linda, Nancy and Family,

Thinking about you and extending our condolences with the loss of Jackie. He is in our prayers.

Looking forward to seeing you all in Butte next week.

Love, Colleen and Kelly

The world has lost a great man. We will miss his humor, righteous attitude, unconventional widom and daily attacks of the Party. I can't imagine this election without his input and enthusiasm. His daily doses of wisdom grounded with his elegant sense of humor brightened our days. I will miss talking to this cousin who gave so much of himself. God bless you.

Bob, Nancy and Linda and Family,
Please accept our deepest sympathy at the loss of Jackie. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, during this time of grief and always. We will always remember our visit to Butte for Mom's 50th High School Reunion, and how Jackie took the time to show us the sights of Butte. Mom especially remembers his visit to her home after he returned from the service. We also respect the fact that Jackie was a true Patriot.
Love, Wayne, Leslie and Aunt...

Jackie was bright, talented and dogged, blessed with a love justice and his favorite city. Just another of his electronic pen pals who greatly appreciated his grit and tenaciousness on behalf of issues that made a difference to all of us.

Jackie was a character and well liked by all who knew him here in Boulder. We met him when he ran the Windsor Bar going back almost twenty years. He had a twinkle in his eye and a story about old Butte that interested everyone.
He will be missed!!!!

Dearest Family and Friends of Jackie Corr,

Jackie had a serious impact on my life. I met him in 1973, during a California state senate campaign in San Jose, California. From the moment I met Jackie, until I read Bob's devestatingly sad email last week, Jackie was always a good and constant guide for good, critical thinking, and proper motivation for public officials. Every single day, I would look forward to coffee and emails from Jackie. Always a unique point of view, an...

We are sorry for your family's loss.

Dear Linda & Bob & Family,
I'm so sorry to hear of the death of your brother. I was fortunate enough to know "Peanuts" & Danny when we were all much younger and it was certainly a pleasure. My love and prayers and best wishes are with you.

Jackie Corr,
You will be truly missed, you were an encyclopedia of information about Butte, with all your old photos of the Mining City from years gone by. I will treasure them always, and our long entertaining visits. Sympathy to the Corr Family. Sincerely,
Harriet Gerry
