Jackie G. Robinson, 82, of Fairview Heights died Saturday, July 9, 2016. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Fairview Heights. Funeral 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial in Lake View Memorial Gardens. Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights.

Hello! John and I and Kathy and Scott Are so sorry about your loss. We read it on facebook. Wish we would have known. We were home that week. There are really no words to adequately describe our feelings for Jack. He was warm, genuine, full of humor, and a great example of a Godly Christian. While the days ahead will be filled with many memories, and the sense of loss will be felt, God will always hold you close to Him and not let go. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this time and into the days ahead.
