Jackson Le Roy Schultz

I had the honor of serving with Jack in London in the late 1960´s. He was an absolutely true gentleman. Although I was a LT, and Jack was a Capt. , he and his beautiful wife included my wife, Libby and I, in many of their social events. Later, I was Chairman of the Supply Corps Foundation when Jack was selected as a Distinguished Alumni. I ALWAYS valued his wise counsel. He will be missed by all who came in contact with him. I first met Jack when he was in London and I was a LTJG and Special Asst. to the Director of Supply Corps Personnel in Washington DC. He really wanted to return to the Bay Area and we were able to send him to Oakland. Over the years we stayed in touch and saw each other at Navy events in San Diego and San Francisco. He and I worked together closely when I was on the Board and later Chairman of the Navy SC Foundation. He was a good friend, mentor and super American. God rest your soul, Jack....
