You were a gift to the world and all who knew you. May the cherished memories and support from friends and family bring comfort to Gavin, Joe, Nikki, Tyson, Alyssa, and all who love you most. Be at peace, Jacob, as you watch over Gavin, your beautiful precious legacy.

At a time like this words are never enough. May you be comforted by the warm thoughts and prayers of those who care. I am grateful for knowing this family and the love they have for each which will be their strength during this painful time.
