Jake was the love of my life, my best friend, and the man who promised me 130% of the love in his heart. We were so sad to hear of Jake's passing. We have special memories of him and his friendship with Ty, especially the HS English project that they worken on together at our place. We know that he will be missed by all who knew him. Our prayers are with you!
