My memory of Jacob, well, he was the very first male child to be born after our mother, Lillie Bell Dukes Newsome, had three girls! Our daddy, Alfonso, was really proud to finally have a son he could love. Jacob loved to fish and hunt, and always there to help his 3 younger brothers, Allen Willie, and Ronnie Newsome.
