Not sure what to say?

Dear Carol,
My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your beloved husband, Jim. Yesterday, when my grandson Zach called us, I found out that my daughter, Susan and her husband, Larry and Zach had visited with you and your family. Until Zach's phone call, I was unaware of the connection between us! I know from them that Jim was a very special man--a wonderful, loving husband, father and grandfather. Susan and Larry love your family and I ditto their feelings--I will call you...

Dear Carol:
My sincerest condolences to you and your family. I remember Jim as a really nice, caring, engaging, witty guy. a great match to you
Love, Natalie Zink

I had the opportunity to grow up and go thru school with Steven. Steven was the defintion of a good guy and it was a real tribute to see Jacob raise a fantastic individual.
